Waited 26 minutes in drive thru..for 2 egg McMuffins ....poor service, lengthy wait..food was not warm...will try to never return..always slow, but this was the worst...
Set my food on the counter and cleared my number from the list without calling my number. Waited more than 10 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Saw people with long hair making food and not wearing hairnets. Employees just standing around. Worst McDonald's I've been too. The manager was working way too hard for the number of employees there. Owner of this place needs to either train their people better or do some serious weeding and sorting of the employees.
This McDonald's is trying out the new order kiosk, I can see how this could be beneficial, but they are forcing customers to use without having staff to work the front counter. Oh and they don't sell hot and spiceys

If the option for no stars was there that is what it would be. To the franchise owner your employees as of 7:32 still have not opened your store!!!! There is a ton of traffic that stopped going into SWFL over 20 electricians, lineman trucks and generator along with travelers wanting to get back home and after hours on the road people stop and your store isn't open as advertised. Get it together franchise owner and hire employees that show up and open up on time and watch what is happening in country it has been on every channel after all!
